Payment
I accept PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to pay, as PayPal allows you to use a credit or debit card, just choose 'Pay with PayPal' and then click on the card option.
Shipping
Please allow up to 3 working days between purchase and dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the item. If the item is ‘made to order’ I will let you know straight away the approximate dispatch time.
UK shipping: Items will be sent by standard First class mail.
International shipping: Items will be sent by standard airmail. Standard international airmail does not provide tracking, so if you would like tracked mail please contact me as the price will be significantly higher.
Please note, if you are purchasing an item and you live in the USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand, sometimes parcels can take from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive with you after dispatch as they may have to go through your country's customs department first. I put a customs label on all my overseas parcels, so they will still arrive to you after they've been through there
Refunds and Returns
We take care to ensure customers are happy with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your item, or have simply changed your mind, it must be returned within 14 days. It must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition for a refund. I will also refund your original postage costs. Postage for returns will be at buyers expense.
My Designs
All items are hand knitted by myself from my own designs. Please do not copy my designs, a lot of love & hard work goes into them. Images may be used in blogs and on websites with my pleasure, and I'm very happy to be pinned on Pinterest, however please credit me and link back to my shop.

I like to know that my items have arrived safe and sound, and a note to that effect or a positive feedback is always welcome! Please contact me by email or send me a message via my Folksy shop immediately if you are unhappy about anything.
