I hand-craft the highest quality knitting accessories and original patterns for the enthusiastic knitter

I live in Dorset. I have been knitting for around seventy years and recently been researching the old methods of professional knitters who needed to knit their garments as quickly as possible.

I have recreated the tools these knitters used, designed for a lifetime's use. I create knitting belts with leather remnants, using quality handcrafting traditional methods and 'green' principles.

My packaging is earth friendly; all paper or cardboard and paper taped (no sellotape) and re-cyclable! IIn my quieter moments, love creating little clothes for tiny dolls and especially Sylvanian Families figurines.

I have a You Tube channel Woollywoodlanders, and my videos give news of my knitting discoveries of old timers, techniques and modern short-cuts. I have nearly a Million views and one of my videos has been translated into Russian!

Buying from me

I design and create knitted outfits for Sylvanian Families, Calico Critters and Forest Families. My patterns are carefully crafted to create attractive garments for both children and adult collectors and I send them around the world.
For knitters everywhere I create my own design of leather knitting belt, based on a heritage style, to your own measurments.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I honour the Trading laws regarding your right to a product that meets my description and lawful standards. I regret that I cannot accept returns of made-to-order goods unless they fail the Trading Standards. Thank you.
