All tiles are carefully selected and hand decorated. Authentic, hand glazed tiles made from high quality 'recipe' clay. The tiles are glazed with multiple layers of colour to achieve an inimitable depth of tone and quality.
These tiles are rustic in style, are hand designed. Size : 10.5x10.5x0.9cm and heat resistant

Inspiration
I wanted to create a truly unique item, combining surface pattern with ceramics. The design for the tiles started with photograms of mechanical objects. These photograms were then manipulated to create interesting patterns. They became quite pretty and feminie a contrast to the original subject matter of nuts and bolts.
