You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

CUSTOM ORDERS I am happy to take custom orders so if you wish to have anything made in a particular colour, size or a certain design Just email me as I'm sure I can accommodate your needs. These will take a little longer than the usual 3 working days for Posting/Shipping which is stated under my Shipping details. PAYMENT All payments are to be made via PayPal and must be made within 2 days after purchase or sale could be cancelled and item re-listed. If you wish to pay by cheque or for any items then please contact me before hand. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay via the service using a debit or credit card. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without setting up a PayPal account. SHIPPING All featured items are posted/ shipped out within 3 working days after cleared payment. Individual orders are processed in date/received payment order. These are custom made and therefore I aim to have orders posted/shipped within 2 weeks of cleared payment. Goods will be shipped/posted Royal Mail 2nd class to all UK addresses (Please allow 7 working days for delivery). Airmail to International addresses (Please allow Approx 10 working days). If Recorded/Registered delivery is required there maybe an extra charge for this service. Be sure email me if this service is required. RETURNS If you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods within 7 days after receipt, as long as it’s in the condition that it was sold. I will issue a refund within 30 days. The buyer must pay the return postage. This does not apply to any Custom Orders. If in the event of it been damaged on arrival then the buyer has the right to return the item up to 6 months after receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered within 30 days of the request. CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTION The buyer must inform me of cancellation in writing or by Email. Then they will be entitled to a full refund and any postage costs within 30 days.
