Meet the maker Laura Elisabeth Green

I grew up surrounded by lace and sequins my mum who is an amazing dressmaker and seamstress would always have a wedding dress or another creative project on the go. It was only natural for me to inherit her creative flair and love of all things sparkly.

On my journey to becoming a wedding planner I studied at Sheffield Hallam University, before going on to study for a diploma in wedding and event management, which i passed with distinction- yay!!!! I worked in the hospitality industry for six years before taking the plunge and setting up my own company, and so in 2008 Little White Book was born.

Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, and I recently opened a little boutique in thriving arts and crafts centre in Sheffield, selling handmade bridal accessories and shabby chic party ware.

When I am not working away in my creative studio, I love to spend time with my family, going to the cinema with my son (usually to watch terrible films!), reading, running, sewing and researching how to make naughty house bunnies behave themselves.
