Our handcrafted jewellery is made by Catherine; our designer jeweller at our studio in rural North Yorkshire. We design and source our own collections and work with other businesses and manufacturers from the UK and around the world to bring you our unique range of silver jewellery to enjoy. Payment Policy - Payment through Paypal is preferred. If you are a UK buyer we will also accept personal cheques, please be aware that your item will not be sent until payment has cleared.
Delivery Policy - All items sent within the UK will be sent by second class post. Items sent overseas will be sent by standard airmail. We always obtain a cetificate of posting. If you would like to make alternative shipping arrangements please contact us for a price.
Your jewellery will be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and payment. If you require your item sooner please contact us for a price.
International buyers are responsible for any duty/taxes that are imposed by their governments.
Refund Policy - The majority of our items are handmade to order, so please understand that there will be slight differences between the photo and your item.
You may return items purchased from us within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items are subject to a £1.00 handling fee. We require that items are returned in the same condition they were sent, unworn and in the original packaging. The buyer is required to pay for return postage and packaging. Please notify us immediately if you wish to return your jewellery to enable us to deal with your return or exchange quickly & efficiently. Any refund will be made less initial postage and packaging costs. Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged in which case they will be replaced. Custom orders (personalised or bespoke products) can not be returned for refund or exchange.
