Buying from me
I ship via UK Royal Mail. Shipping within the UK is via first class post, shipping overseas is via airmail and takes approx. 1 week, but may take up to 2 weeks depending on where you live.
As per Royal Mail policies, refunds for lost packages will be issued 35 days after shipping date.
All my items are hand made by me in a smoke free home, using only the HIGHEST quality yarns and other materials. Unless otherwise specified, I use 100% cotton in all my items.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I realize that buying things can be quite intimidating without physically being able to see the size, colour and quality etc. and that is why I stand behind all my products and offer hassle free return policy. If for any reason that you’re not pleased with the purchase, you may just simply return it for a FULL refund, no questions asked. I don't refund the postage costs from the original purchase price or the cost of posting the item back to me.
