Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Our returns policy : If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you may return them for a full refund within 14 days of receipt but, for hygienic reasons, this guarantee cannot apply to earrings designed for pierced ears. The original delivery costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent. In the first instance contact us by email at twinkletwinklelondon@hotmail.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.
