You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We will always endeavor to ship your item on the next working day after payment is received. Of course this isn't always possible but if there is any chance we can't post it in 4 working days we will let you know.
Custom orders may take a little longer to create, we will advise you on any timescales for these.
We send all our items Royal Mail first class, typical delivery times are 1-3 days after dispatch.
Occassionally for large orders we choose to use a courier service.
We send European items via Air Mail, unfortunately no tracking is available. Typical delivery times are 4-7 days after dispatch, but may take a little longer depending where you are.
USA / ROW
Again items will be sent via Air Mail. Typical delivery times are 7-12 days after dispatch, but again it may be a little longer depending where you are.
All items will be packaged accordingly to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
TWRAS complies fully with the distance selling regulations of the UK.
If you have any issues with your order please contact us as soon as possible on reciept of your item so we can make it right.
We try our best to represent the colour of all items to the best of our ability; but from time to time differences in screen calibrations may mean that colours look slightly different on screen to real life.
Due to the nature of the recycled card used, sometimes our brown cards will be a slightly different shade of brown. This is beyond our control is entirely down to the manufacturing process of creating recycled card stock.
If you are unhappy for whatever reason then we are happy to replace/refund an item as long as it is in resaleable condition.
Personalised items can only be refunded if an error has been made by us in production.
