My jewellery is handmade with gemstones, 925 sterling silver, freshwater pearls, italian shell cameos and coral. All items are lead and nickel free. Wholesale enquiries are welcome.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

My refund policies are in line with the EU distance selling directive.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your receipt.

Item must be returned in a NEW and UNWORN condition.

Faulty items can be returned, please contact me within 14 days of your receipt.

Please convo me if you would like to return an item.

Item must be sent back using "Registered" mail.

When returning an item, please declare it as " return " on the custom form

There is no refund on shipping/handling charges or any tax you may incur post-shipment.

When returning an item buyer is responsible for shipping fees

The customer is responsible for packing the item(s) securely.
