All items in the shop are made and can be shipped within a day.
I send everything via Royal Mail 48h tracked. You might get an Amazon parcel or any other box, if the item is a bit bigger, but usually a jiffy bag. Recycled packaging where possible.
If you are interested in a Custom order, get in touch via the link. I will try to reply within a couple of hours.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
