I love creating items from beautiful fabrics and gorgeous colours. All my items are made with great attention to detail and I am passionate about my customers being happy.
All items will be posted by second class tracked either by Royal Mail or Evri
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Great care is taken to ensure my customers are happy with their purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, it may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt (unused, in saleable condition, and in the original packaging). Please notify me by email within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for your refund. Please don't return anything before notifying me first.
If a personalised/customised item, then this cannot be returned, so please ensure when ordering, that all relevant information has been provided.
Cost of return postage will not be refunded to you. If an item is returned to me unpaid for then I will not be able to accept it. Recorded or special delivery is advisable and original packaging must be used.
