Buying from me

We are a small run family business in Somerset who love to create bespoke and inspirational hand-made gifts using a laser cutting and engraving technique. Our ideas are first designed on a computer and then either cut or engraved by laser. Each item is individually made to order and can be easily personalised. We use a range of materials such as natural wood, MDF and acrylic and the list is expanding as our ideas progress. We hope you enjoy our products.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please note that the Standard policy applies unless a custom order has been made to the customers specification using the options menu in which case, the item will not be eligible for return unless the item is faulty.
