Buying from me
I'm a Graphic Designer and Illustrator based between Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge, UK.
I create designs and illustrations for products such as greeting cards, apparel, children's books, gift and stationery. I always like to keep a hand rendered, naive 'imperfect' look to my illustrations, so texture and mark making is really important to my process. I almost always start my illustrations with watercolours and ink, then transfer them to Photoshop to add found textures and ephemera to them.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
