quirky, recycled and always unique!!

Thank you for visiting my liitle shop! I am a full time primary school teacher and this is my hobby! I have to admit it has got out of hand quickly!! I went on a sewing course to try free motion sewing. But I didn't own a sewing machine so I borrowed one and the last 4 months have been a complete blur. I am now the proud owner of a Janome sewing machine and I can be heard in our spare room (My cat keeps me company and often gets to warm the fabrics for you!) I prefer selling face to face (i think I miss adult company because of my job!) So you can find me a craft fayre in and around Portsmouth.

I am trying things out and learning as I go. All of my projects are unique and originals. I have tried making copies of items but it just doesn't work like that for me! I think it's partly because I use fabric scraps and remnants, so I try to match what I want to the material available. I've also realised that I love anything blue, so you will notice my work is mainly varieties of different shades of blue!

My inspirations come from my garden, my allotment, the lovely creative people I follow on Instagram and pinterest of course! I have completed lots of bespoke commissions and I'm always happy to chat to you and see what we can make!
