Well. What to say; fantastic, brilliant, lovely. From start to finish Ellie kept me informed, which I think is a nice touch from a customer's point of view. Many a time I have ordered something and got no response at all. Now the flower!!! This was something else. Just fantastic. I think Ellie is so very talented, and my vase now has pride of place in our house. I know as well that this time it won't need much watering and feeding, plus it won't need throwing in the bin like fresh flowers!!! Just wanted to add as well that I received a nice thank you card too. Soooo impressed. Thanks very much.
