Lots of wildflower meadow pieces coming soon, as well as a new range of rainbows! Plenty of suncatchers which look stunning in the sunshine too, and of course (as always) feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
Here are some things just listed by other crafters and sellers on Folksy.
I love the processes involved in fusing glass - in taking separate pieces of glass with sharp edges and spiky corners and layering them and adding in powder and frit and stringers then shutting them in the kiln and waiting to see what comes out the next day. It's like magic to me, the transformation into stunningly glossy pieces of shiny curvy glass that are just so incredibly tactile. The colours, the shapes - it's an incredible medium to work in. I've been day dreaming of all the glassy goodies I can make with my new (bigger!) kiln, named Genevieve, and looking forward to being able to list my favourites here so you can take a look, and maybe choose something for yourself.
I make a wide range of gorgeous glassy goods, some with a practical use such as multicoloured fused glass coasters and trivets, while the main feature of others such as light catchers or sun catchers are the beauty they bring while twinkling in the sunshine. I create small scale art such as dichrioic pendants and fridge magnets, as well as slightly larger items such as curves and wave pieces which look as beautiful in the daytime with sunlight shining through as they do after dusk with a couple of lit tea lights behind them. The fused glass rainbow stars are among my favourite pieces to make, and look incredible hung in a bright window with sunshine showing off the unique coloured patterns on each individual piece that makes up the shape.
