I create bespoke, personalised word art designs using 30 words of your choice. I have a wide and varied range of designs suitable for any occasion, and can make up almost any design on request. These word art designs make fantastic, thoughtful gifts for anyone.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Processing time
I aim within 1 working day, you will receive a proof to check over. If necessary you can request any changes at this point.
Any extra words that need adding and spelling mistakes need correcting will result in a £3.50 extra charge
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
*Custom or Personalised orders
*Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
