Wood'N'Goods, A real variety store.

We have been selling craft made from a multitude of medias from the main chosen wood repurposed or from fallen or trees that were felled by others anyway to sea shells, cord and wool, cloth, stone and metals, anything in fact that can be utilised in an artistic way. Being a carer looking after my parents and then when they past taking a job in a local residential home my health took a down turn so I decided to start using my craft abilities to make items to sell to the general public. I do have some mild disabilities to do with my physical body and am now in my sixties so my health is not likely to improve greatly. My dog Bran keeps me fit by begging for his many walks a day. My partner helps to support and finance my ventures as other part-time work as a cleaner barely covers my living expenses. I am honest and fair and to me the customer is the most important person in the whole process As yet I have had no complaints from customers but I don't view returns as a set back or bad thing as it is a lesson to me that something needs attention and total refund is an absolute rule in this case. Can't have disappointed customers, that will never do and I endeavour to deal with any query or problem speedily and politely. Customer service is highly important whatever the reason for contact and any queries are welcome and appreciated.
