Winthorpe Accessories is a small hand crafted business located in Nottingham in the heart of Middle England. All of the products are hand made by myself Tracey Christie in my home based work studio. I only use top quality fabrics and textiles, some items are complete one of a kind unique items. I like to make a range of products such as tote shopping bags, purses, wallets, and scarves as well as a range of cushions and lamp shades for your home.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know by convo or email within three days of receiving it. Once you've heard back from me, please return the item undamaged in its original packaging. Once I've received the item, I'll arrange for a refund of the purchase price, or exchange the item for one of the same value, (shipping costs in sending and returning items will not be refunded).
