I am a technical creative, and love to make both beautiful and fun items that are special and unique.

For 30 years my range of skills has grown: garment construction, pattern cutting, textile print and fine art printmaking. Following a career in bespoke garment construction and pattern cutting I went on to pursue a degree in Art & Design that added to my skills and expanded my creativity and knowledge in fine art printmaking and photography.
Following this I went on to teach fashion, and took the opportunity to learn and go on to teach textile print for many years. Throughout this time I have continuously made and created items for myself and gifts for friends and family.
I love creating, either solutions to things I need, including clothing, soft furnishings and art work, or to take something a little ordinary and add something that makes it different.
When I am not creating or customising I am a keen gardener and veg grower, and it is usually while digging, planting, harvesting that I often come up with ideas and am usually inspired by the things in my garden.
