Welcome to unique gifts. I started making cards about 2 years ago. I got my inspiration from a neighbour who also make her own cards, She gave me a lot of advice and encouragenent to do them myself. I started out in my kitchen at the dinner table. I now have my own little room at the top of the house where I have kitted out to do all my work. I would make the cards for my friends and family. from making my very first card uoto now i can see in my work i have come along way. I enjoy making my cards and through encouragement from family and friends I decided I would make them and share them with others.
Six months ago I decided I wanted to try something new to do along side making cards. I decided I wanted to print mugs and t-Shirts so after alot of research I plucked up the courage and bought the equipment needed to start and print my very first mug. To my surprise it turned out perfect so i went on and printed lots more for my family, friends and I now confident enough to turn my hobbys into a small business.
Just before Christmas 2017 I was wanting a unique picture as a present for someone although I could make the cards and mugs the person I was looking for i had already made these so i was stuck, I looked everywhere i could think of and i had seen in a shop picture word art in frames I though I wounder if I could make that so I came home went onto my laptop and started to doodle in my word pad did some adjusting and created the perfect word art picture for that person all the words I used were personal to them so it made it that little bit more unique.
I continue to try new projects and when I am happy with them I will share them with others. This is how I began uniquie gifts.
