The Dimpse

Beautifully designed cards and wedding stationery. With some handcrafted made with love items too.

When I got married a few years ago I wanted wedding stationery that wasn't like anyone else's and meant something to my future husband and I. So I designed my own wedding stationery - and then a friend asked me to design theirs. A few weddings later I thought that perhaps there were people out there who didn't necessarily have friends who were designers or knew how to have their own bespoke stationery made, and so, I created "The Dimpse". My main aim is to give people access to bespoke design without the bespoke prices that go along with them. I truly love what I do and I think that is reflected in my designs.

Take a look through my previous work, which can be found on my website www.thedimpse.co.uk and get in contact if you would like something made for you. Together we can make something that feels like you and looks beautiful.

Here in my Folksy shop you'll find some greetings cards, again born out not finding what I was looking for, and so made myself, and some gift tags. Keep a look out for more products to come - when my little boy naps and I'm not at my day job!

My name is Debbie and I'm the person behind the scenes designing and making all the things for The Dimpse. I work from home in my little studio in West Sussex, where everything is handmade to order.

I've worked as a graphic designer for over 20 years (ouch, where did that time go?!) in-house and for agencies, for brands big and small and now working for myself - which means I get to directly work with you, and that's lovely.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
