Bright, colourful, hand painted glass items. Please ask for customisations! The only limit is your imagination!

I absolutely adore glass. Glass creates such colour, it bends light, and it is very decorative. Seeing other artists inspired me to try and use glass and to add my own artistic creations to it.
I apply a base coat of coloured tissue to glass that I buy from charity shops, giving an old piece of glass a new lease of life. Once the tissue is dry, I paint on top using acrylic paint. Then, I apply a coat of sealant over the whole item, and end with a spray of clear acrylic varnish. Some items are left without the varnish, to give a more textured look and feel to the item.
Currently, I still have a weekend job, but I wish that one day my art will be able to let me quit the droll life of retail jobs, and let me do what I love doing. Making this shop is a step towards that goal, and I thank each and every one of you who helps me get there by purchasing from my store.
