Hi, I’m Katie (with an ie). I live life with a technicolour smile.
Graphically trained in Art & Design, I’ve been creating forever. Somewhat wacky and just a little confused, I see things everyday that inspire me.
I paint for fun and delight in the things I create.
I’ve been painting my own glassware designs for several years. With what started as gifts for friends and family has now branched out through my inspired brand ‘Smashing glass’.
Everything is hand-painted and based on quality new or up-cycled glassware. I paint all kinds of glass and glasses including wine glasses, champagne flutes, gin glasses, flower vases, candle holders and bottles.
