Lovingly made in the South West of England, we have a focus on providing pretty eco alternatives to everyday, throwaway items. We try, in every avenue, to be as earth conscious as possible, and will continue to grow our awareness and improve as a business !
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
You cannot cancel your order once the item has shipped. You cannot return your product once received if you have changed your mind. We cannot take returns on our products due to the nature of their purpose. If there is an issue with your product, in order to receive a refund we require photographic evidence of the issue, and the packaging it arrived in. We reserve the right to dispute this is we see it necessary.
The Sewn Sweetly hygiene products are not sterilised. Whilst we keep a clean work space at “Sewn Sweetly, My Love,” we ask all of our customers to wash their hygiene products on a cotton wash with their chosen detergent. Especially during the current climate, it is better to be safe than sorry, so please do wash before use! We cannot take responsibility for any reactions caused.
We cannot take responsibility for any customs charges incurred in your country.
The Postage price is for postage and packaging.
If you are ordering a bespoke product, we may take up to three weeks for your order to be fulfilled due to ordering in the fabrics, cutting, and making it perfect for you !
We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within an agreed upon time.
Nappy turn around is currently ten days from order to posting.
