PAPERCUTTING
In primary school, I always loved cutting out snowflakes and paper dolls. When it evolved into intricate papercutting, the sparks began flying from my scissors. No knives. Laying a newly cut papercutting over contrasting backing paper is still a huge thrill!

FABRIC CUTTING
The daughter of a quilter, I can't sew. But I love fabric and I love earrings. One day, I had a brainwave and stayed up until 4am until I figured out how to make earrings out of fabric. Like a mad professor. Colourful fabric earrings brighten up the world!

The daughter of a quilter, I love fabric but can't sew. So I cut material into earrings, cards and pictures.

The fabric cards and pictures have been sold by Princess Diana's butler, Paul Burrell, at
his shop in North Wales and by Sadlers Wells, London's international dance venue, in the gift shop.
