Hello and welcome to my Folksy shop, here you will find a selection of beautiful handcrafted soaps, crochet items and patchwork quilts, that make perfect gifts for special people or for everyday use for yourself.
I make natural cold process soap from scratch one small batch at a time. I use local, sustainable, organically-grown ingredients in my products where I can and natural plant based colours and essential oils & fragrance oils as well as healing and moisturising oils and butters such as olive, coconut, sustainable palm, castor, hemp seed, and black seed oils and generous amounts of shea butter-- each bar of soap is designed and handcrafted, cut and wrapped with special care by me and is mild & moisturising and promises a 100% natural bubbly creamy lather.
My soap contains no animal fats. alcohol sodium laurel, petroleum products & no sls (artificial lathering agents).
All soaps and bath products have all been safety assessed and certified in line with UK and EU regulations, and I am a registered member of the guild of soap and toiletry makers UK.
As well as soap making I also love to crochet and the patchwork quilts are made by my mum. I try to price them reasonably according to the ingredients/ materials used and the time it takes to make them.
