I Lois Callis-Smith am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Some of my items are made to order just for you, for details please see the items individual listings.

Europe: 5-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-10 business days
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
• Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
• I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
• Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• How will my order be shipped?
UK - All UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class, you will receive your tracking information with your dispatch notification email.
• EUROPE, USA, AUS and the rest of the world - All orders are send standard air mail, this service is not a tracked service and there will be no tracking information. If you wish to have your order tracked then please contact me and I will be happy to arrange tracked shipping for you at an extra cost.
It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address, if the address is incorrect then it is the buyers responsibility to re-pay for the postage before I can send the order back out.
• I need the item quicker, can you help?
I do my very best to accommodate special delivery requests from my customers! Please contact me and I will do our best to offer next day delivery or put a rush on any custom orders if I can. These may be subject to additional costs.
• Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are sent gift wrapped in tissue paper. If you need an item to be sent directly to someone else’s address as a gift, then please provide their address.
• Will my order be tracked?
UK - Yes, all UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class, you will receive your tracking information with your dispatch notification email.
EUROPE, USA, AUS and the rest of the world - No, unless you choose to upgrade your postage option to tracked and signed by contacting me (extra costs will apply) All orders over the value of £50 will automatically be sent tracked and signed.
