Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Postage
Your item will be well wrapped and securely packaged. Royal Mail or Hermes may be used for UK packages and Royal Mail for outside of the UK. If you would like to upgrade to tracked & signed delivery this option is now available on all listings. and offers priority dispatch.
Returns
I hope you will be really happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, here are my returns policies. On purchased ready made pieces, a 7 day refund policy applies, by contacting me within 7 days of receipt to arrange either a refund or an exchange.
We do not usually accept returns for wraps / shrugs or other bespoke items as these are made to order for each individual customer. However in certain circumstances a bespoke return may be accepted but only after contacting me first within 3 days of receiving the item.
All accepted returns must be in the same condition as purchased unworn, and in the same packaging and returned (postmarked) within 7 days of receiving the order.
Any items lost in the post on the way back to Pretty Lil Things are your responsibility and will have to be addressed with your postal service. It is for this reason we ask you to use Registered / Tracked Post. As soon as I receive your item I will contact you to complete the refund process.
Please note it is the item only we refund, there is no refund on postage & packing.
