I've added antlers, which I've hand cut from brown felt, a large distressed coconut shell button nose and tiny black button eyes. The reindeer is decorated with a hand-cut zesty green felt holly leaf and tiny red button berry. I've hand stitched some rectangles of fabric to the front to make a fabric collage design. The main piece is cream with a floral pattern in coral pink, salmon pink and pale green. On a smaller piece of fabric, I've hand embroidered a row of flowers in colours which match the floral fabric. The collage design has been embellished with wood and coconut shell buttons, a hessian and wooden bead flower, and a strip of cream cotton lace. The make up bag fastens with a terracotta zip and is lined with pale gold fabric with a slight sheen and a woven pattern of tiny diamonds. The base of the bag is boxed giving lots of space inside. The ivory fabric moon is outlined with circles of free-motion embroidery. The meadows are made from textured fabrics in shades of zesty green and plum purple. I've added zesty green and plum purple trees, and a flock of tiny hand-embroidered sheep. In the foreground, I've used free-motion embroidery in pale green thread to add some grasses and seed heads.
