Hello, I'm Amy, thank you for visiting my shop.

I'm a passionate encourager and one of those silver lining people with a glass half full attitude to pretty much everything!

I make encouraging, beautiful and sometimes thought provoking gifts out of glass in my tiny home studio.

I am incredibly blessed to be a wife and mummy and have spent 6 amazing years raising our 2 lovely girls. Like so many people my journey has included joys, challenges and sorrows. My constant source of strength and help is my faithful God who walks with me every day and is bound to show up in my work.

My love of fused glass began after having my second daughter. I've always been creative but Art at school was a complete disaster and left me feeling that I just wasn't very capable. Over the years I've discovered that as long as I don't have to draw I can produce things that are actually quite nice!

Discovering fused glass was like opening the door to everything I had ever wanted to achieve. Finally I had found a medium that pulled together my love of colour and light, something wholly practical and varied with endless applications.

My husband is also incredibly creative and has a great eye for colour and design. I ask for his input and he makes the frames and stands in which I set my work.

I'm a bookworm and a chatterbox so much of what I design was first inspired by a phrase or song. Often Bible verses or books I loved as a child will spark an idea for a piece.
