Customers outside of the UK are responsible for any taxes, custom duties etc.. which may be incured in their own country. Items shipped in the UK will be sent by Royal mail second class post. Outside the UK shipping will be by airmail. Proof of shipping is always obtained, I cannot be held responsible for items 'lost' in the system if such an event should occur I will of course forward this proof so that you can put in a claim to the relevant department.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
