Hello!
My name is Nonku, a dolls and accessories maker at Love Nonku Handmade. As a natural creative at heart, I have taken on the craft of doll making for the fulfilment it brings me as I make each doll. What is even more satisfying is the joyful reaction of every child that receives one of my creations. Makes it all worthwhile.
My workshop is based in Manchester, UK and I specialise in the small production of heirloom rag dolls, and matching accessories. I use carefully selected 100% cotton prints for each collection and like to keep to a nature theme with vibrant pretty colours. I produce three collections a year with some novelty seasonal additions.
