Janiemade specialises in skilfully handmade crocheted soft toys. Choose from ready made items or customised options made to order especially for you. I love the versatility of crochet, a technique that is especially suited to making toys that can withstand being played with, whilst also making cute photo shoot props or nursery decorations. I also make a few quirky and unusual things, as well as useful and wearable items that make ideal gifts for family and friends of all ages.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I carefully check my handmade items before I post them as I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please contact me on receipt if there is a problem so that it can be quickly resolved.
