The warp is wound from over 30 shades of shantung silk,- each thread is a colour average of every frame in the movie, extracted by a nifty bit of software that compiles each colour into a chronological sequence. Every film has a recognisable colour palette, which gives a sense of the film. I've used a crackle draft for the black weft, which gives a sense of flight.
