I lovingly hand make modern feminine Jewellery from my home in the gorgeous Wiltshire Countryside

Hey there!

I'm Victoria and I am the sole creator and maker behind Handmakes & Keepsakes. I have a huge love for all things beautifully hand made and like most girls, I'm obsessed with Jewellery.

Originally from the Historic town of York in the UK, I’m now currently living in Wiltshire as a proud Military Wife and run my little business from our living room here on the Military Base. I am totally animal mad and have been all my life. I currently have 2 Cats, a snake, a Pygmy Hedgehog and 3 Horses, but I'm always taking in stray, abandoned and injured creatures to help get them back on their feet and into a new loving home, or back into the wild.

I opened Handmakes & Keepsakes in 2017 after moving with my Husband on his Military posting to a very tiny isolated barracks in the stunning Wiltshire countryside. After much deliberation and planning, and with the patience and support of my amazing husband, I took the plunge to turn my love for Jewellery and fashion into an exciting business venture.

I absolutely LOVE what I do and getting to create pieces of Jewellery that people will treasure for years to come or wear for a special occasion makes me feel incredibly honoured to do so.

As a plus size girl I often struggle with self confidence and wardrobe issues, but no matter your size, shape or age, Jewellery always fits and can have the power to make you feel special.
So I pour my heart and soul into everything I make no matter the price tag. From a pair of £8 earrings to an £80 necklace, the same amount of care and attention goes into giving my customers the perfect accessory.

I really hope you enjoy my items as much as I enjoy creating them for you.

Buying from me

Quality and outstanding customer service are my core beliefs, and everything is lovingly handmade by myself.
I mainly use Royal Mail to deliver my items to you, but on occasion I do use private couriers depending on the circumstances.
My dispatch times are between 3 and 5 days for most items with custom order dispatch times vary and can be up to 10 days for more complex work.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised, custom, or made to order products unless the item arrives to you faulty, in which case a replacement will be sent out to you.
This policy also applies to the return of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
