I spend hours in my workshop creating lovely, colourful, quirky, pretty things in enamel and copper for you to wear.

First, I am passionate about cats - clothes, handbags, ornaments, pictures, in fact, anything that has an image of a cat, or to do with cats is pretty much ok by me. Anyone who visits my house will be in no doubt of this. I have always, always had several various shaped, sized and coloured moggies - currently numbering three. Not to say that I don't also have labradors and chickens, because I do.

Jewellery is something else which I also have always been partial to because I love bright, shiny things and, when I started enameling in summer, 2020, I became fascinated by the endless colours, methods, and shapes that are out there. I didn't really have a clue what I was doing back then, and spent many hours trying to puzzle it out. I am still learning it and loving it.

I love colour - I mix and (not always) match, because colour makes me happy. I love to stray from the norm, in fact, you could probably say that some of my stuff is 'quirky' but who says that a cat can't be pink and why can't a rabbit be blue?

I work at the bottom of my garden, in my workshop, a few feet away from my chickens, surrounded by fields, flowers and trees, and the occasional visit from a dog or cat. All of these things are my inspiration. Enameling for me is a magical way to combine my favourite things.

I called my shop 'Fat Mozz's Fings' in memory of a wonderful, rather large, cat of ours who lived to the age of twenty four and whom we affectionately called Fat Mozz. I think she deserves a tribute for getting to be such a grand old lady. I hope you like her 'fings'.
