Each piece has a personal memory behind it. I hope these stories resonate with your own and you enjoy them as much as I have enjoyed creating.
Customisation is easy! Please contact me to start on your unique creation for her. Orders will take between 5 - 8 working weeks (not including shipping time).
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
1. Unfortunately, I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
2. I can't accept returns for for customised orders or earrings.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
