Welcome to Emma Dickie Design and my collection of handmade sterling silver jewellery and knitted scarves!
My jewellery is made from good quality glass and pearls, with many designs being limited edition or one of a kind.
I also love to knit and you will find a selection of hand knitted scarves made using luxurious merino wool and acrylic blends.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I am happy to offer a refund under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, however earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
