Buying from me

I aim to post orders within 5 days of receiving them unless otherwise discussed (custom orders e.t.c).
If any items you see in my shop are out of stock or not available in a colour set that suits you please feel free to message me regarding a custom order.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please contact me immediately if you require a refund. If you do require a refund, please send your merchandise back to me within 7 days and I will issue a refund when I receive it.
Items MUST be posted back with tracked delivery.
Returns postage cost will NOT be refunded.
Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met.
Earrings are non returnable/refundable due to hygiene reasons
