Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Buying from me

I post items within 3 days of purchase, unless made to order. Please let me know if you require a quicker shipping time. I also offer a free gift wrapping service and all items are packaged in jewellery gift boxes with hand printed gift tags.

If you are not happy with your purchase please return in the original packaging within 7days. Please note I am only able to accept items that have not been worn or altered. In the interest of hygiene earrings cannot be returned.
