I Catching Dreams am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

In addition to my own privacy policy, if you pay for your order with Paypal, your data will be protected by PayPal's privacy policy.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
REFUNDS/CLAIMS/RETURNS
All deliveries made to the purchaser should be checked thoroughly, as soon as they arrive. You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a refund.
If item(s) arrive in a damaged condition it is your responsibility to inform me within 14 days from delivery. This will include sending photographic evidence to me for inspection. Without photo evidence no refund can be made. If there are any shortages it is your responsibility to notify me within 14 days from delivery. It is your responsibility to notify me of any incorrect goods supplied within 14 days from delivery.
If you have 'changed your mind' by the time you receive your item(s), you are entitled to a refund, but the item(s) must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days from delivery. Return postage to be paid by customer. Item(s) received back damaged or in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.
If you do wish to return any item(s), please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery. I reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund item(s) that are not returned within 14 days after you have informed me.
We do not offer refunds on any personalised items unless they are damaged in transit. Again, photo evidence will need to be sent for inspection.
Returns postage will be paid for by the customer unless there is a fault with the item, in which case postage will only be refunded at the lowest rate.
