Buying from me
We are a partnership of mature artists who produce everything you see in our Folksy Shop ourselves, including the packaging. The design work on all our makings is our own creation together with our own printing and make-up. We strive to keep our products as unique as possible, but obviously some raw materials have to be purchased.
Most products can be personalized with names, occasion or message, so please contact us with your requirements when ordering. Thanks E & J.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
