A colourful handmade textile pheasant, created to bring a little country charm and plenty of character to your home.
This beautiful pheasant hanging decoration has been carefully made from layers of fabric, including hand-dyed Egyptian cotton and luxurious silk, brought to life using my free-machine embroidery technique.
The rich reds, deep green and golden stitching give this little pheasant a wonderfully jewel-like appearance, while the intricate machine stitching adds texture and detail throughout. His tiny black beady eye completes his characterful look.
He is finished with a gold hanging loop, ready to display on a wall, door, cupboard, Christmas tree or wherever you would like to add a touch of handmade textile art.
Each piece is individually stitched by me, making it a unique decoration with its own character.
