Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Wedding Favours: if you're looking for unique wedding favour ideas that go beyond the usual sugar-almonds you're in the right place. QuMoo can provide you a wedding favour that reflects your personality, delights your guests, works with your budget and style plus are long-lasting keepsakes, sustainable and totally memorable.
Each birch wooden ornament is 50mm at its longest side. It can either be a hanging ornament with a hole for a ribbon or supplied as a keyring - I DO NOT supply the ribbon.
The choice of designs are on birch plywood and are:
- Pink Hyacinth Spring Flower Wedding Favour
- Blue/yellow Daffodil Spring Flower Wedding Favour
- Sardine Wedding Favour (can be personalised to say "PRODUCT OF XXX, XXX" which is partly visible.
Plus if you like any of my designs that are on my existing card selection I can place these onto wooden ornaments too. Lets chat!
Each ornament is also supplied with 25 BLANK, pre-creased, 300gsm hammered A6 cards so you can write your heartfelt message (they are supplied flat in case you would like to run them through a printer and add your names or dates to the card). I do not supply the envelopes as I've found people like to use their own to match other stationery. If you would like me to supply kraft brown envelopes please let me know, they will be at an additional cost of £6.25.
Minimum order of the favours is 25 of 1 design (you cannot mix and match the designs, the cost per ornament is £4 each and I supply in bundles of 25/£100). Royal Mail Tracked 48 is my delivery provider at a cost of £2.75 regardless of how many you order.
