You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

"I want you to be completely happy with your Little Prince set. However, please note the following policies for this specific artisan piece:" Handmade Nature: Each set is unique and takes 10 full working days to complete. Small variations from the photos are a testament to the handmade process and are not considered defects. Custom / Made to Order: If this item was commissioned or customized for you, it is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or is faulty. Change of Mind: For ready-made items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original, pristine condition and original packaging. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. I highly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns. Damage in Transit: In the rare event of damage during delivery, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so I can resolve this for you immediately.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
