Full description
A squirrel lino print made using my own design.
First drawn on paper, then transferred onto lino, then carefully carved out - this takes several days and many hours of work.
When ready, the lino is then inked, and used for printing.
Printed with black ink on white 130gm Daler Rowney smooth cartridge paper.
Then colour is added to the dried print, using acrylic paints, including metallic copper on the squirrel.
This comes mounted on dark burgundy paper and framed in a lovely gold vintage frame.
Approx. size of framed piece is 34.5 x 26 cms.
Each print is from a very limited print run - currently only two - and the hand painted detail makes each one totally unique.
