A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork. I just love creating pieces that captures the rugged beauty of the landscape in a moment in time.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap and send it on to the U.K. based recipient. Just send me the details at checkout.
Prior to posting, framed pieces will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse wrapping materials I have collected. The artwork will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed pieces, they will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.
If you are shopping for Christmas, please order before December 19th to ensure it gets to you before Christmas Day. My shop will be open over the festive period.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a framed impasto painting featuring a blackbird resting amongst wildflowers. I have used multiple layers of professional-quality acrylics mixed with water-based cold wax to add depth and texture. I have applied the paint mix using a variety of painting knives, brushes and my own hands. Some key features include:
- This acrylic and wax painting has been completed on a 6 x 6 inch canvas panel.
- It is varnished and presented in an elegant, white frame (no glass).
- The total size is 7 x 7 inches.
- The frame is free standing or can be hung.

This framed, original artwork will be posted out by first class Royal Mail. The painting will be carefully encased in bubble wrap (or equivalent). It will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box.
