Skulls Headband and Scrunchie set
Materials : blue and black cotton fabrics
Detail : reversible headband left untied so you can adjust to fit with the elastic (6" inch long)
Adult : size 2" inches wide (6.35cm) x 35"inches long ( 88cm)
Scrunchie : size 25" x 4" inches ( elastic 10" long)
Headband Pattern : 7 Pine Design
